Artist Quick Terms – Agreement

Swiss-Zim Heritage.Gallery & Artgal.Online
This Agreement is made between Swiss-Zim Heritage.Gallery and Artgal.Online (“The Gallery”) and [Artist Name] (“The Artist”).
1. Platforms Covered
The Artist’s works may be listed on the following platforms (tick as applicable):

2. Curation
All submitted works are subject to review by The Gallery’s curators.The Gallery reserves the right to reject any artwork for any reason at its sole discretion.
3. Listing Fees
USD 50 per artwork per platform (12-month listing).
Minimum prepayment: USD 200 (covers 4 artworks on one platform for 1 year).
Additional artworks/platforms are charged separately and paid in advance.
4. Sales & Commission
Only artworks valued at USD 5,000 or less will be listed.
Sales via The Gallery’s platforms carry a 20% commission.
No commission is payable if the artwork sells outside The Gallery’s platforms.
Payment is made to The Artist only after the buyer receives the artwork in good condition.
5. Shipping & Returns
The Artist retains possession of all artworks until sold (no consignment).
The Artist pays all shipping costs to the buyer.
The Buyer pays any import duties.
If returned, the Artist covers return costs and any duties already paid, in advance.
6. Duration & Removal
Each listing runs for 1 year.
If a listing is removed early, there is no refund or credit for unused time.
7. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland.
