Physical Viewing rooms

Visitors often wish to experience artworks beyond the screen. Our Physical Viewing Rooms provide the opportunity to see selected paintings and sculptures in person, appreciate their true scale, texture, colour, and craftsmanship, and connect more deeply with the stories behind each work.
These spaces showcase works by leading Zimbabwean artists, contemporary African painters, and renowned Shona sculptors, allowing collectors and art enthusiasts to experience the artworks in carefully curated settings.
Artgal.Online's Physical Viewing Rooms offer collectors, art enthusiasts, and visitors the opportunity to experience contemporary African art in person. While our virtual exhibitions and online viewing rooms provide global access to exceptional artworks, nothing replaces the experience of standing before an original painting or sculpture and appreciating its true scale, texture, presence, and craftsmanship.
Our Physical Viewing Rooms are located within selected private locations across Switzerland, and other destinations. These carefully curated spaces showcase original works by some of Africa's most exciting contemporary artists, including Keith Zenda, Tonderai Mujuru, Willard Mujuru, Florah Maphosa, Barry Lungu, Flatter Zenda, Sampson Kuvenguhwa, and many other talented Zimbabwean artists.
Visitors can explore a diverse range of artworks, including contemporary portraits, wildlife paintings, township scenes, abstract art, mixed media works, and internationally recognised Shona stone sculptures. Each viewing room has been designed to allow artworks to be experienced within a real environment, helping collectors better appreciate scale, detail, colour, and emotional impact.
Our Physical Viewing Rooms also serve as important cultural spaces where visitors can learn more about African heritage, Zimbabwean culture, ancestry, wildlife conservation, spirituality, identity, and contemporary life through the artworks on display. Artist information, exhibition narratives, and educational resources help create a deeper understanding of the ideas and stories behind each piece.
Whether you are considering acquiring an artwork, visiting one of our partner galleries, or simply exploring contemporary African creativity, our Physical Viewing Rooms offer an inspiring and personal way to connect with original art.
Experience African art beyond the screen and discover the power of seeing exceptional artworks in person.
